You can purchase glow in the dark paint at your local craft stores. Sometimes they are available at the big box stores.

I sell glow in the dark paint through my store, it comes in 7 colours that are white in the day and GLOW at night. Great MAGICAL FUN. These paints are tested to European Toy Safety Standards EN71-3.
