This is such a fun idea, a glow in the dark painting project of the solar system. This would be a fun family craft day activity.

Yes this is a great Idea, we actually sell kits for this VERY REASON, They are Glow in the Dark Star Ceiling Kits using European Standard EN71-3 Paint, meaning it is suitable to put on TOYs if you wanted to.
