I have groceries delivered to my house. It's really a time saver and I actually spend less money because I'm not tempted by my hunger impulse buying! Sometimes there are independent co-ops who use local farmers and producers that deliver bargain, high quality goods. I am so happy with my local provider, I'm never going back to the modern way of shopping.
