Roman Arch

When my husband and I lived in Germany we were amazed at the stone arch bridge work  built by the Romans. The structures were made with the Roman Arch and the bridges were still in use centuries later.  There are many areas in Europe where this amazing architecture can been seen today.

First Cosmic Great Lesson

The First Great Lesson by the Montessori Centre can be taught at any school, even public schools.  It is science based.  The universe started from nothing to something.
This something is called singularity.

The singularity at the beginning of the universe can be explained as a point that has no or infinitesimal size with infinite mass and energy. The universe unfolded from that point. Since it was all energy, it was like super light, there was no matter.

Many scientists believe there are four fundamental forces in the universe, they are gravity, electromagnetism, the weak force, and the strong force. At the beginning the universe all four of the forces were connected together, like electricity and magnetism are today. The four fundamental  forces are now separate.
